Laughing Hens, started in 2005 and provides high quality and fashionable knitting supplies online.
They needed an ecommerce website to appeal to a niche, non-technical audience.
As online shopping has evolved and the product ranges have expanded the site has needed to keep pace.
TGSi designed and built the original simple site, and now maintains the back office systems for order management as well.
Over the years we have added searches, filters and improved navigation, forums, competitions, free pattern downloads, special offers and cross selling.
Payment providers have been changed from World Pay and HSBC, to NetBanx and PayPal.
